Anastasia Bogacheva was born in St. Petersburg in 1971. She studied choral conducting in the Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov college and completed her training at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory under prof. A.B. Titov in 1994. During her years of studying she took part in many performances in the conservatory opera house : P.I. Tchaikovsky ”Eugeny Onegin” (Olga, nurse), ”Iolanta” (Marta), Gounod ”Faust” (Sibel), I. Stravinky ”Mavra” ( Mother).
She continued her singing career with A. Milcheva in Bulgaria. Today, Anastasia is recognised as one of the best alto performers in St.Peterburg. She performs as a soloist in the State Academic Cappella choir and has many student pupils. Her solo performances are staged both in St. Petersburg and abroad. She performs Russian and foreign arias, as well as romantic pieces.
