Luca Magni - FluteLuca Magni graduated with honors in Flute at the Musical Institute "P. Mascagni"(Leghorn) in 1991, under the guidance of M. Nicola Mazzanti. He performed many concerts in Italy (Rome, Turin, Milan, Florence, Macerata, Bari, Bologna, Siena and Varese, Parma, Lucca, Modena, etc.) and abroad (Malta, France, Austria, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Russia (St.Petersburg), Australia, United States, and a tour in Japan, both as a duo and as a solo artist, always receiving praise from audience and critics. Since 1996 has been active in the promotion of cultural heritage of Tuscany, by performing repertoire that combines the popular literature with classical music in Tuscany, in collaboration with Prof. C. Lapucci. In 2000 he held a Masterclass Flute in Struer (Denmark), at the Municipal School of Music. Since 2003 cooperates with the composer and author Andrea Mati, with whom he recorded a CD in 2007, published by Tactus of Bologna.

In 2005 he held a Masterclass for Flute and Organ for the students of the Conservatory and the University of St. Petersburg in St. Petersburg (Russia) "Manfredini and contemporary authors' Luca Magni Flute, Mariella Mochi Organ, with the TV channel Rambler and Radio Russia recording the performance. He has performed solo concerts for flute and orchestra (OCF Florence, Milan SMEs, RTOs and Chamber Orchestra Aquilana). In 2010 he held a masterclass on the fairy tale musical at the Conservatory of Music of Vibo Valentia. He has done a tourneè performing concerts in Japan in 1991 in Gifu, Tokyo, Shirakawa, Tagimi, Nagoya for flute and organ, flute and piano, flute and koto. He has performed for the Italian Cultural Institute of Becanson (France), Amsterdam, Zaragoza, Lund (Sweden). He held concerts in Miami and Naples, Florida (2010) and New York (2014) at Columbia University (USA). In 2012 he performed concerts in Australia (Melbourne: Beethoven Festival, flute and piano, Mildura and Ballarat Festival International Organ Festival, Sydney S.Paul Church).
